The lyrical second movement reflects the moment of doubt following failure, where they question their path before recommitting with renewed resolve. The closer opens with a driving percussion feature representing the repair and final adjustments, building into a triumphant musical ascent that evokes the soaring majesty of their longest flight that day: 852 feet in 59 seconds, rising nearly 10 feet above the sand.
