The color black can be dramatic, negative and definite.  Often misunderstood, it also has enticing beauty and can be associated with intelligence, glamour; appropriate for any occasion.  This marching band concept celebrates the multiplicity and elegance of this distinctive color.  Originally commissioned by the Brookland HS Band, Brookland, AR,, composers Shawn Pityk and Josh Powell have created a masterful original program integrating the iconic Rolling Stones hit into this playable score.
